As I was taking it the owner of the building walked by and was looking at me VERY suspiciously. Probably thought I was an insurance inspector.
FYI, this blue wall is off Bank near the Queensway, Centretown side. It’s the side of a Korean store and restaurant. I’m not sure what street it is. Maybe Arlington.
