Crosses

As I was walking up Somerset St. today I noticed what a lot of crosses there are.

This one is very ornate and it has a bird on it. Being a lazy blogger on holidays I didn’t go and see what kind of church it is.

Update Dec 25: Here is a better picture of this cross, no bird. It looks to me like it is tubed for neon. I’ll try and get a picture of it at night. (It is the cross of the Annunciation Orthodox Cathedral.)

Russian Othodox

St.Peter’s Chinese Anglican. I like how a lot of the churches around here serve a couple of different communities at the same time.

Update Dec.25: This church is also St. Luke’s Anglican.

Erskine Presbyterian and Iglesia Pentecostal Triunfantes de Jesu Cristo

Here’s a pair of crosses of different types. They look like they get along ok.

This is one of the more ornate crosses on the street.
