A lot of people were [...]]]></description> <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Exhausted from covering FestivAsia, I went for a peaceful bike ride and came across yet another festival. I hadn&#8217;t even heard about this one. It was the Latin American Festival on the grounds of City Hall.</p><p>There was a pretty big crowd there, so it was hard to get close. A lot of people were in costume. I&#8217;ve never seen such dark hair and flashing eyes, such white teeth. It was the kind of festival where people just walk around looking at each other, they&#8217;re all so beautiful. Ay, caramba!</p><p>Here are a few pictures.</p><p><img
