We went down to the river near Booth, on the bike path right across from Victoria Island. It was pretty good but we slightly wished we were closer. Next year maybe we’ll go down the path a little farther toward downtown.

As always, anywhere you wanted to go in Ottawa was too small for the number of people who wanted to go there. It was crowded on the bike paths and we mostly walked home. This city needs to get more spacious somehow and I don’t know how it will do it.

Anyway, we enjoyed the fireworks!
