Forest retreaters 1000, donkeys 0

This is a followup to some donkey business discussed in the post People at a meeting on August 29.

I didn’t expect it to happen this way, but the homesteaders have regretfully decided to move somewhere else and take the donkeys with them. I don’t like it but I found it impossible to argue in the face of the ‘health card’ played by the forest retreaters. I think it sucks.
