Xmas minimalism, first prize

Other bloggers have discussed how to avoid seasonal angst when you’re not a family person and you’re not in love. One suggestion was to put up some strings of Christmas lights. So I put one up in the kitchen.

I find it strangely festive, believe it or not ;)
