This was in front of Wallack’s art supplies on Bank. I don’t have any particular reason to post it except that I have never seen somebody getting arrested right on Bank St. in broad daylight and marched off to the hoosegow in handcuffs. I think the man’s crime was sitting on the sidewalk while drunk.
