The tree next to my house is due to be cut down this fall. It is a magnificent tree, but I can see that it’s doing damage to the foundation of the house next door, so I won’t be chaining myself to it. But I’ll really miss it.

I hope to be on hand to blog its demise. Here are a couple of “before” pictures. Maybe next time I’ll be blogging the stump.
