This is the third in my mini-series on the lowly lobster. This guy’s goose is completely cooked.

For myself, I try not to eat anything that has tentacles on its face.

    I sometimes wonder what dire circumstances led the first person to eye one of them sea bugs and think to themselves, “Gee whiz, that’d be real tasty-like, boiled live…”
