This is the fish tank at Kowloon Market.
Kowloon has been greatly upgraded lately, probably to try and compete with the giant T&T Supermarket, and maybe also just to live up to that gorgeous arch.
If you haven’t been in for a while you’ll find it much cleaner and more modern-looking than it used to be. But unless you are Chinese, you still won’t understand what most of the goods are that they have for sale.
Here’s another fish.
The arch is attracting a lot of tourist traffic with people wanting to get their picture taken standing in front of it. Here’s another pic.

Great combination of colours in the arch photo.It looks like a postcard. I haven’t been up there for months so I haven’t seen it yet; I was following its progress on your website while they were building it. I should go up there soon and pretend to be a tourist.
