   Cool photo but I haven’t the foggiest what that is a picture of…. 5 pieces of painted glass/art?

   Hard to do without knowing where it is, Robin. The straight-on view also belies it. Are they mostly flat?

   Bricks look like the Manphong grocery at Somerset and Upper Lorne, but I don’t see anything on the wall in Google Street View that looks like what that would be.

   My guess would be that this is the glue to hold a sign that has been ripped off the wall.

   My first impression was that there were 5 holes in a brick wall and we were looking through the holes at shiny blue sky and some white sparkles of snow and shiny yellow stuff. However, I think my mind just added that third dimension; I agree with the 2-D blue glue theory. I would have asked my son what he thought since he always has interesting perspectives, but he’s already in bed.
