   I don’t know Madelaine, maybe it has something to do with all those scaffolds they’ve set up at the funeral home.

   Mimi – they’re refacing it. They removed the former stone-like covering (giving it an European shabby chic look, according to Eric Darwin), and now they’re adding insulation before, presumably, putting on a new facade.

   Coincidentally, I was just thinking of this place (my mom was cremated and we had a service for her there a few years ago) and then I opened up your page and saw it. For a second it felt like my thoughts had somehow been projected into my firefox browser!
