This is at the old technical high school on Slater, known as the tech wall.
These guys are cooking something up. I’ll go back next week and see.

Ottawa gets a better class of graffiti than we get around here.
I’d complain to my mp but then he’s a conservative so not so much in favour of artistic endeavors.
