McNabb Park on Gladstone. (But it could be anywhere)

This is the low man on the totem pole out in front of the Ottawa School of Art, down in the Market.

This is a very inauthentic totem pole, but I guess any totem pole is better than no totem pole at all. The one in Confederation Park is more authentic than this one.

Here’s a building at the Chaudière crossing. Something seems to be missing.

I think all these pictures are pretty good, but none of them are real show-stoppers. That’s why I’m posting so many of them. I’m hoping to use sheer volume to compensate for the lack of excellence.

Want another one? This is part of that statue near the National Gallery — the one about peacekeeping, an activity we no longer engage in.

I liked it better when I used to think Canada was the good guys. That was before Stephen Harper and his neo-con thugs seized the reins of power.
