New Pho Bo Ga La

You can’t miss it. It’s right across the street from Old Pho Bo Ga La.

    I like Pho Bo Ga the best – they are open absurdly late, and will make pho with fried tofu and veggies on request.

    Ph? = soup
    Bò = beef (soup)
    Gà = chicken (soup)

    Go = Probably nothing to do with soup
    Ba = Probably nothing to do with soup

    LA = I have no idea

    Just wanted to clear that up.
