I missed posting a picture of the purple tulips, so here they are.

I missed the llama too. Isn’t she pretty?

And then there’s the African goose. She and her pal the llama were at the opening day of the Lansdowne Farmers’ Market. (More here: Farmers’ market)

Little ducklings, always cute.

Bye for now!

Do all geese have teeth like that? That’s a freaky looking goose.
Seriously. That thing gives me goosebumps. Or gooseteeth, if that’s more accurate.

Yes they do, but most of them keep them concealed. Not the African goose!
Are you sure that llama isn’t really a giraffe?
That goose looks like the goose in the latest Shrek movie. It was evil Rumplestiltskin’s pet.
Llama! I love it!
I love Llamas. That goose has lovely eyes but scary piranha-like teeth. Yikes. We never made it to the tulip festival this year…so I especially like that photo.
I love the purple tulips and this is a great shot of them. It’s a pity that this year the tulips came out so early and then it was so cold and windy the first weekend of the festival that most of the petals were gone by the 2nd week! On the last day of the festival we were walking though the park and there were hardly any tourists left; I guess they came expecting lots of tulips and left disappointed.
These are cool animals.
What a cute llama. they usually look out of sorts. s/he looks to be smiling.
