So long geese

On the ground they’re a bunch of dopey waddling poop machines, but I love to see them fly.

    Even still, cropped as is, it looks painterly as a watercolor. Such detail and composition. wow.

    Ah, this is how they do it!
    They are so heavy and big on the ground that it seems they need something more than just wings to get them up in the air.
    This photograph is like anatomy of flight, one can see how every feather works here and the movement is fluid and powerful and the curves are perfect.
