Juno (2007)

This movie is irresistible. I didn’t want it to be over, and I couldn’t stop smiling when it was.
It’s got a lot going for it: Smart-ass pregnant teenage girl (Ellen Page), clueless but basically decent boyfriend (Michael Cera), parents who aren’t idiots, Jennifer Garner not playing a superhero.
Snappy dialogue. Messy childbirth. Complicated moral dilemmas. Attempted suicide with red licorice.
Run don’t walk. It’s really good.

I didn’t want it to end either. Fifteen minutes in I said to myself, “I can’t wait to see this movie again!”
I laughed I cried. I cried a lot.
